A look in the mirror

I practice my yoga on and "off the mat".
What does that mean?
That doesn't mean I don't have faults, it means I walk with GOD everyday. I recognize that my actions can have an effect on others. I recognize that sometimes action is indeed necessary at times no matter what the result.

Svadhyaya means self study, I relate to that word everyday. I contemplate the repercussions of my actions and decisions to keep peace within myself and others. Offensive and defensive observances are used in my everyday life. Everyone is a friend no matter what has happened between us even though they may think otherwise. I try to not dwell in the past or anticipate (anxiety) the future. It is not always easy observing yourself and finding you're not perfect. Finding a connection to myself everyday for personal growth gives me peace within and without.~
That is the practice of Svadhyaya.

I am asked frequently, "is yoga a religion, a witchcraft, a demon practice?" No, it is a self practice to make you close to GOD. To put all the responsibility on GOD, is not responsible. We have to do our part. Yoga postures are to condition the body for health and meditation. Meditation will condition the mind for tranquility. You know all that self talk shit about "not being good enough", "feeling stupid", "looking ugly", "not loving your body" blah blah blah....Well, yoga has helped me to NOT believe the self lies.

LOVE, LIGHT AND BLESSINGS TO ALL!!

NO MATTER WHO YOU ARE, THE LIGHT IN ME SEES THE LIGHT IN YOU!!
