Tanya believes that Yoga is about calming minds, slowing and deepening breath, and moving with body awareness. The process is about giving your mind, body and breath the space to become a truer expression of yourself. She is delighted by learning and continually seeks opportunities to deepen her personal practice and offer more to her students. Her trainings include an RYT200, 40 hour restorative yoga, advanced asana and various other classes in alignment and therapeutic movement. She believes in practicing in the body you have right now. Her passion for slowing down breath, mind and movement are reflected in her classes which include yin and restorative. Her teaching style is compassionate and caring.
